Step 1: GM submits Review via WeAreJJ’s Portal. The deadline for 2023 reviews is not yet released.
Step 2: Area Manager will print off Review, make necessary edits and scan to admin@wearejjs.com
Step 3: Admin will make sure all Reviews are received by Bryan, the Employee Census is up to date, and that the next Review is scheduled for the employee
Step 4: Bryan will approve Reviews.
Step 5: Once Reviews are approved, GM can sit down with each member of the team; discuss results and create an Action Plan
Step 6: New pay rates to be updated in the POS by the deadline given.
